Cowboy Customers: Builder Demolishes His Own Work!
Here’s something I’ve just come across over at you tube. This was brought to my attention courtesy of the guys over at the screwfix direct forum. Just click on the video to play and witness one of the most shocking things you will ever see a builder do to his work!
Talk about taking back what’s yours to the extreme.

Sometimes we contractors here in the states wish we could do that. The most we can do is put a mechanics lean on a non-paying customer’s house then take them to court.
In fact once materials have been delivered to a customer’s house, we can’t even take those back if the customer doesn’t pay(even if the materials haven’t been installed yet).
The law ALWAYS favors the homeowner here. For better or worse.
That is taking it to the extreme. I understand why he did it but, it seems childish to me. Things can be settled in a civil way, I guess he just thought it would be better if he took upon himself.
It certainly is going to the extreme but I guess that particular builder felt he was at his wits end and became totally frustrated with everything. I’d hate to have to demolish one of my jobs in that way.

Oops, this is very scary. This clearly explains that when a person is off his mind, he is really very dangerous at that time. In such a state he is no more than an animal. So friends lets not loose our wits under any circumstances.
This builder just cut off his nose to spite his face. Now he will not only not receive payment, but has a public relations issue. any potential customers that see this video will doubt his maturity and possibly sanity. I can understand his frustration, but this was ridiculous.
It does appear crazy what happened in this video. Maybe this just happened to this particul;ar builder one to many times and he flipped a little!
“Flipped a little” is the understatement of the year! I wonder if there are any criminal implications for his actions. He did destroy private property, regardless of the status of her payment for his work.
